Newbeam Sweden AB was formed in 2002 and, in 2007, a new issue was made to finance the company’s initial production build-up in Söderhamn. The company is not quoted in any official trade context and the number of shareholders is less than 50.

Newbeam’s market is an international one and we are at an early stage in the commercialization of the company’s products. In order to inform the world about Newbeam’s new products, international cooperation will be necessary. Depending on the situation, Newbeam will choose different forms of cooperation, but a common feature in all cases will be the aim to find long-term partners who will develop the company’s international business in a positive manner. Examples of possible cooperation partners for Newbeam are:
